4)If the solutions above are ineffective, the problem may result from the bad hardware performance of the transmitter or the receiver. Please contact the after-sale service to return the transmitter and the receiver to the factory for testing and maintenance.

Cycling computers of other model are similar and have a strong relationship with backlight, temperature and signal strength. Cruise time of all our products is the actual measurement values under the conditions that the backlight is turned off, the temperature is 25°C and the signal is good.
