It’s common if the device loses connection occasionally when riding. When it loses connection frequently, it may be caused by the following problems:
1)There is an obstacle between the transmitter and receiver.
2)The battery voltage of the transmitter is insufficient.
3)There is much 2.4Ghz interference( like wifi or Bluetooth devices).
4)The power of the transmitter is low and the receiver is not sensitive enough.
The suggested solutions:
1)Make sure that the voltage of the CR2032 button battery is over 2.5V, and change the battery if necessary.
2)Try to avoid the situation that the obstacle ( like the bike frame, the handlebar and the human body) exists between the transmitter and the receiver or adjust the place of the device to avoid the obstacles. Shorten the distance from the transmitter to the receiver if the condition permits.
3)Try to avoid the 2.4Ghz electromagnetic interference environment, such as an environment filled with wifi or Bluetooth
4)If the solutions above are ineffective, the problem may result from the bad hardware performance of the transmitter or the receiver. Please contact the after-sale service to return the transmitter and the receiver to the factory for testing and maintenance.

1) According to the national standard <Automobile Speedometer>(GB15082-2008), the general requirements, instructions errors and test specifications of the automobile speedometer in the state of loading regulate: the relationship between the indicated speed and the actual speed should be in accordance with the relationship of “0 ≤ indicated speed - actual speed ≤ actual speed / 10 + 4 km / h”; the national standard requires that the table of the speed must be faster than the real speed.

The formula is as follows: slope = (height difference / distance) x100%.
Gradient 3% means that every 100 meters, the vertical direction rises (falls) by 3 meters;
Gradient 1% means that every 100 meters, the vertical direction rises (falls) by 1 meter. and so on.
In theory, it can only show the slope of the road that has passed, and can not predict the slope in front of the body. It can't be done in real time on such GPS code tables.
